Meeting rooms cannot do without speech amplification, the room acoustics are very important. Integrated or mobile conference systems are often in use. The multifunctional use of conference rooms makes the integration of media technology into the tables more difficult on the one side, and on the other side, requires a higher level of interior design integration of monitors and loudspeakers as well as their intelligent display and control.

Since the participants usually sit opposite to each other, often missing the view to the podium, the multimedia presentation is a challenge for all participants. For that, an intuitive, uniform operating concept is required for media and building technology.
